Job Title: Remote Customer Support Executive (Full-Time) – SaaS Industry

CloudServe Technologies is a fast-growing SaaS startup based in Singapore with remote teams in India and the Philippines. We build cloud-based tools for small businesses to simplify their workflow. Our clients are mainly from the US, UK, and Australia.
📝 Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer queries via email, chat, and occasional calls
- Use tools like Freshdesk, Intercom, and Slack for customer communication
- Troubleshoot common issues and escalate technical problems to developers
- Assist in writing knowledge base articles and FAQs
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
🧑💻 Who Can Apply:
✅ Excellent written and spoken English
✅ Prior experience in customer support or BPO is preferred
✅ Good knowledge of using SaaS tools, email platforms, Google Workspace
✅ Comfortable working independently with a stable internet connection
✅ Must own a working laptop and headset

🎓 Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass or graduate
